Career opportunities at Bill Hancock Motors in Albertville, AL

Join a family owned lot on US-431

Bill Hancock Motors is a small, family owned store, so who we hire matters more here than it would somewhere with forty employees. Bill and Rita Hancock have run this lot in Albertville since 1999, and the people who work here are a big part of how customers judge us. We look for honest, dependable folks who like helping people and do not need to be watched to do the job right.

We hire sales consultants, finance staff, detailers, lot help, and office support. There are Jeeps, trucks, and commercial vans moving through here constantly, so there is plenty to learn if you want to learn it. If you are new to the car business and willing to work, we will teach you the rest.

You will not be a number on a board. You will know Bill, you will know Rita, and you will have a real say in how things run. We pay fairly, we do not run games on our own people, and we would much rather keep somebody for ten years than churn through a dozen.

If that sounds like the kind of place you want to work, send us your information using the form on this page. We read every one that comes in.
